Mobile Dialogue Feature
A user-centered design for anonymous DEI-conversations between managers and employees.
In this project, I designed the mobile version for the dialog page of the Diverlyze tool.
Diverlyze is a company that offers an app to measure and improve diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) for businesses. The chat function is used by managers to contact with their employees.

Clear navigation between app functions
To improve navigation and reduce clicks, I simplified the app's menu by replacing the hamburger menu with bottom tabs. The chat list is scrollable and notifications are shown in the chat list as well as on the bottom in the icon tabs for better visibility and accessibility.
Switch smoothly between chats
The chats listed on the begin screen each have a topic that the users can comment on to start a chat. The topic is shown at the top of the chat screen.
Through several iterations, I developed an extra function that allows users to quick and easily switch between chats using arrows placed near the topic, without having to go back to the main chat list.
A functional digital prototype created with Figma
This short video shows the functional and clickable prototype I created.
In addition to this project, I also worked on many other functions and redesigns of the Diverlyze app, I developed a design system and worked on graphic design for social media and the website.
